Internship - probably the most dreaded word among students who are edging closer to the end of their studies and getting their hands on the coveted diploma/degree. But, do they really know what's the real purpose of internships other than spending three months at some unknown company and complaining about the low allowance?
On this episode, we discuss about the real purpose behind an internship, the debate over whether interns should be paid, and how interns can get the most out of their internship and become skillful workers in the future - regardless of the allowance amount.
