  • Talk Racing To Me with Naomi – Ep34 2020 Racing Highlights

    The last show of 2020!

A completely different show to close of an eventful year.

Naomi is taking a peek at some of the racing highlights of 2020: which races are worth remembering and why? What happened, before, during and after?

Highly subjective, the races and events are not ranked, although she does highlight a favourite in the scintillating renewal of the Preakness Stakes.

    Races covered:

    Preakness – Swiss Skydiver

Breeders’ Cup Juvenile – Essential Quality

Belmont Stakes – Tiz the Law

    Breeders’ Cup Classic – Authentic

Breeders’ Cup Distaff – Monomoy Girl

    Breeders’ Cup Sprint – Whitmore

    Met Mile – Vekoma

Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Turf – Audarya

    Golden Rod -  Travel Column

Of course this list could be double the size. The 2020 Kentucky Derby certainly was a race to behold as well, albeit possibly the exploits of both the winner Authentic and runner up Tiz the Law were better viewed via some of their other key performances.

    Which race would you add?
