This story doesn't follow the heroes instead follows a low level crook with electricity powers aptly named Johnny Bolt who idolizes heroes and dreams of being one while his abusive mom sleeps her way through the town. After receiving powers he makes his debut and "Superheroes" tons of kids in a pool and people in a nearby taco restaurant and church...So he decides he's better suited for villainy.
