AND I met a 16 year old female sports trainer -- trainer for football players. Like how awesome is that! Guys, women are finally doing things that weren't always allowed. How awesome! 👍🏽✊🏾👊🏾💪🏾

Well it is...September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. And sadly too many people still don't know this. NINE years after I was diagnosed people still are not aware. And that, though disappointing, is what motivates me to keep advocating. Today I share about my spreading awareness and a little about my story as a two time ovarian cancer survivor. Hope it will inspire you to do some (much needed) spreading of ovarian cancer as well. 😊👍🏽🙃👊🏾✊🏾👏🏾💚 ***I dedicate this to all the women who have died or are currently battling this disease and to those who are now living cancer free.***

Yours truly got an EXPENSIVE citation for not properly stopping at a stop sign. Reall?! Looks like I'll be taking a safety driving course -- which is still a hefty price. Gotta keep my clean driving record, well, clean! Ok, so what is up with people talking on the phone BUT not actually talking? 🤔 And lastly, the latest is about #notmypotus (AKA Trump) saying some not so favorable things about military people and veterans. Or maybe just military people. Like really not cool stuff! 😡 And yes, I can believe it. Not because I'm no fan of his but rather because it aligns with how he talks. I'm not surprised. Deny it all he wants but there seems to be many people that can attest to his derogatory words to those who served. Sadly, his fan base won't believe it nor would it matter. 🤬 #thisisamerica 😔 But we can vote him out of office come November, y'all. So please get out and #vote. ✊🏾👊🏾👍🏽✌🏾

So yours truly got told, by an older caucasian dude (this time...well actually most times this has happened it's been caucasian dudes or gals 🤔) that he thought I was a guy cause I pulled up wearing a ball cap and having short hair oh and with sunglasses. I'm tired of the continued society expectations of what a woman "should look like." Ugh! I had a biopsy of my right inner cheek, yesterday. Wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. Lastly, the shooting of Jacob Blake. America needs to be better - in so many ways. 😔

Ok guys, obviously covid19 didn't just last 10 days as one #notmypotus said back in February or March. We has to stay smart by staying safe. Right? Right! Ok, so lately I have noticed people just aren't tipping. I'm talking maybe 5% of my riders tip MEANING 95% of my riders ARE NOT tipping. Now now I know these are trying times BUT my riders are going out and shopping and things that indicate they aren't ones hurting for $$$ -- at least many of them. But perhaps I could be wrong. But even $1 can make a difference. Ya know? 🤔🙃✌🏾

Seriously, I'm enjoying Mike w/his YouTube channel That Chapter. Guy is funny! And his crime stories, wow! Please check him out. So, saw a car with the name "countryman", like why? It's 2020, why name a car that? Like really what is the purpose of it? Thankful the Navy has talked about getting rid of the "man" in its job titles. I got out of the Navy in 1993 and 23 years later they start talking about that. Really? Well better late than never. Right? Right! And lastly, praying for the fires in California and that hurricane Laura doesn't do much if any destruction to Louisiana and Texas. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Three times now I've seen a white something in the sky -- during the day. I'm thinking shooting star, meteorite??? Democratic Convention went so well! Joe Biden really brought it home with his speech. Rebulican Convention is next. Not gonna watch that either. Like 🙅🏾‍♂️🙅🏾‍♀️And mask wearing has gotten better. For the most part anyway. 😷

You tell me. **I say no, of course. 😉* And hey, we finally have women as Captains in the Texas Rangers (the law enforcement agency NOT the baseball team). So cool. Found a publication (www.niaaa.nih.gov) about college drinking very interesting. Sad but interesting. Scary but interesting. College was not created for parties, sex and drinking. Like HELLO! So disappointing that covid19 doesn't phase college kids and that is why they are back and having mass gatherings while ignoring the 😷. 🤬 Like really?! And guys the USPS needs to not be messed with. Of course it would rain after I washed my car. Of course! Ugh! But actually, was happy for rain. Flowermound, Texas is beautiful and apparently super duper expensive -- California type expensive.
