Brace yourselves, because it's finally here! We rented a hall, gathered the Cultists together, let one of them organise a quiz, and attempted to make podcast episode out of it. These are the results (if you listen carefully, you can hear the moment Reggie stops trying to run it like a regular episode and gives in to the madness!).

We get into a stone-cold Christmas classic this week, with Charles Dickens' seminal festive story: A Christmas Carol.

We were also both exhausted (we'd recorded the 2022 TUTJIG Christmas Special the night before), but we certainly tried our best!

We also dropped a tonne of teasers for next week's special, talked the London ULEZ (?!?!), gave lots of quotes, got made to look really stupid when we claimed we never get proper snow in the country any more, and we talked about talking words.

Let us start this blurb with an apology: we messed-up the audio, so Reggie sounds like he's in another room (which may or may not be a bad thing). We will do better!

That aside, we watched Iron Man 3 this week as part of our continuing trek into the MCU, and discussed it's highs, it's lows, and the bits in-between!

We also acknowledge Reggie's birthday, talk about the upcoming Christmas Special "A Weeaboo Christmas", discuss invoicing people for our time, chesses vs smut, propose TUTJIG and Humanists.uk should team up for parliament, and recommend chainsawing more monsters!

This week we get back into some dark stuff after two weeks of fluffiness and light, with the Ripper-inspired From Hell.

In an attempt to lighten the mood after last week's episode, we watched - and I can't quite believe I'm writing this - Bedknobs and Broomsticks!

But before  - and indeed alongside - all that classic Disney silliness, we also talked about where Rooney draws the line, drunk Reggie, a rubbish "news" article, Elon Musk, Knight Templars, a re-incarnated Nostrodamus, and some more Nazi-bashing!

For this week's episode we leapt back to the 00's, to the suprprisingly dark thriller, The Butterfly Effect.

In an attempt to lighten the mood (seriously, dark film), we also chatted about drunken walks home, how Rooney is still not a Twitch affiliate, Lions on the loose, masturbatory abstinance, Inuit's, and Pornhub's local favourites!

We finally emerge from the shadows of Spooky Month, and dive straight into one of the biggest cinematic events in the last decade: The Avenger's (or Avengers Assemble for us in the UK).

For our Halloween Special this year, we revisited the very first film we ever covered on this podcast, way back in Episode 1 : Interview with the Vampire.

But before we get into our love for foppish, sensual vampires with amazing hair, we rant and rave about the state of UK politics, Rooney really gets behind #EatTheRich, and we consider running for government.

We also wonder if vampires are just misunderstood, reveal how quickly they would suck humanity dry, and ask if more media is a good or bad thing.

A Halloween book club episode this week, and we lost ourselves in the brilliant Anno Dracula, by Kim Newman.

But before we started gushingly declaring our love for Genevieve Dieudonné and this book, we discussed Reggie as a proponent of avant garde punk music (and him being a germbag), Andrew Tasselmyer, people who live as real life vampires, cosplay and crossplay, and Rooney got angry over the latest updates from the upcoming Vampire Chronicles TV series!
