Before the boys get all cerebral talking about "high concepts" after watching the Will Smith/Isaac Asimov crossover I, Robot, they took some detours...

Reggie gets a little paranoid he may have actually upset Rooney (spoiler: he hadn't), we introduce "Cultist of the Month", talk about Uri Geller, Russian missiles, and aliens, discover sex doll Instagrams, and start a sex club!

We tried something new this week, and got drunk at Rooney's 40th Birthday rather than watching/reading anything. But because we're conscientious podcasters, we spun even that into content! 

We stuck a digital recorder in front of a bunch of drunk people, an asked them a series of "Would you rather?" questions, and... well, you can hear the results in the episode...

Howeverm because we have a pthological aversion to staying on theme, we also had Reggie confirming that this podcast is indeed entertainment and not a true journal of our lives, time travel conspiracies, some strong views, a (probable) ban from entering America, and new Pride merch!

In an attempt to recover from the struggle of covering two films in a row that he didn't like, this week Reggie chose something he's been saving since we started this 'pod: Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins.

There's plenty of Batman fanboying from him, And Rooney tries not to say anything too offensive about the film (with varying degrees of success).

Aside from that, there's party talk, drugs (#LegaliseIt!), MK Ultra, and time for questions!

We get all musical for the first episode of TUTJIG Year 3, which proves to be a mistake as we are reminded that Reggie hates musicals. But nonetheless we watched the Johnny Depp singalong Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.

Despite not having many notes, and we still managed to talk for well over two hours, on such varied subjects as eating people, Reggie and dating apps, Borely rectory, UFO's, conspiracy theories, and Nuclear annihilation.

So a standard episode really!

To celebrate the second anniversary of TUTJIG, we decided to just chat rubbish for two hours!

We have some moaning (about work and other things), "Sex is nice, but...", a lot of rambling, weird news (including incest), a dead kitten (!) and more of Rooney's accents....

For episode 103 we took another recommendation from a listener, and watched the lesser-appreciated Nicholas Cage Marvel movie, Ghost Rider.

Suffice to say Reggie was not impressed!

Along the way we also spent about half an hour talking about food and, travel, before moving on to ghostly voices, sex-toy hickies, OnlyFans, porn, Reggie lamenting not being an attractive woman, and Rooney outs himself as a big fan of Miraculous Ladybug!

This week we inhaled deeply on the metaphorical bong of Pineapple Express, and for a wonder, didn't just spend the whole time arguing in favour of legalising weed!

We did however get in some moaning about work, defending Reggie's mum, learning about a Great Woman of History/Now, and alternate future Nazi coins.

For episode 101, we decided to revisit a classic, if only to stop Reggie moaning about the score he gave it way back in Episode 6. So we watched Predator again, so that we can hopefully do it justice (now that we have some idea of what we're actually doing as podcasters!).

Along the way, we also managed to turn TUTJIG into a full-on cult, complete with glorious leaders, and jobs for those elevated in our site (which basically means we're palming-off the actual running of this cult to others). 

We also discuss the possiblilities of "TUTJIG On Tour", and rebranding the whole of Year One...

Achievement unlocked: 100 episodes!

We've officially made it to triple figures! And to mark the occassion, we passed the buck to our listeners.... we convinced some of them to out themselves as TUTJIG fans, and record a voicenote for us as a form of audio greeting card, then we played them hear for your listening pleasure, and respond to them.

We also had a rather odd selection of news (including deaths and stolen cheese), centenary facts, and ruminations on the last 100 episodes and the necxt 100.

The last of our episodes in double figures... episode 99 sees us wathcing the sweariest comic book movie: Deadpool!
