On this Episode I share my experience with 75 Hard.

After multiple failed attempts since 2019, on October 2 of 2021 I completed 75 Hard for the first time. For 75 days I went to war with myself every single day to conquer my inner bitch. As I started listening to & trusting my boss voice, I started winning. A lot of hard work, pain, sweat, & tears when into it. It was all worth it in sooo many ways. This program is cleansing & purifying me, helping me heal & wear my battle scars with pride.

75 Hard has 5 Daily Tasks

1- Two 45 minute workouts & one workout must be done outside.

2- Pick a diet of your choice & follow it for 75 days without cheating and without drinking alcohol.

3- Drink a gallon of water.

4- Read 10 pages in a non-fiction / personal development type of book & audio books don’t count.

5- Take a progress photo.

Zero Compromises and if you fail you start over at Day 1.

The cool thing about 75 Hard is the year long program called “Live Hard”. A program designed to continue building upon the habits formed during 75 Hard. There are 3-30 day phases. Each phase includes the original 5 tasks plus additional ones specific to each phase.

I am on Day 7 of Phase 1 and plan on not only completing the Live Hard program, but doing 75 Hard every year.

One of my favorite liberals, Greg Beeler, joins me for Episode 42. Greg and I connected on Facebook a few years ago and have talked a lot of shit to each other online over things like the gym, dating, politics etc. On this episode we discuss several topics... guns, drugs, men’s mental health, suicide, and COVID-19. Greg also gives his take on dating and why you should want to have sex on the first date.

We might not have the same political views but at the end of the day can find a lot of common ground. Plus, opposing views and having our beliefs challenged are essential for personal growth. We are both divorced, have daughters and we take the role of being a dad to heart.

Andrew Marshall and Chase Hoskins join me for Episode 41. Chase was a guest in December on Episode 12. Since then we have been getting together often for retreats, ice baths, hanging at his pool, good convos and spiritual adventures. Andrew comes all the way from the U.K.. We met several years ago and reconnected recently in 2020 through Instagram sharing information about COVID-19, politics, religion, spirituality, consciousness etc. On this episode we talk about aliens, victimhood, the awakening, raising consciousness, Jesus Christ, and probably more im forgetting. If your beliefs about life and what is going on around you are evolving, you are likely experiencing a spiritual awakening and becoming more self aware. This process can be difficult to navigate. All of our subconscious programming has glitches that need rewiring to raise our consciousness. Over the past few years I have been reprogramming my subconscious programmed beliefs and in doing so, my consciousness and self awareness have been rising. Through trial and error I continue working to evolve as a conscious human being and this podcast series has definitely given me another perspective to look at.

Eric Moutsos joins me for Episode 39. We discuss all things COVID-19, Freedom, Liberty, Religion and what it means to be a Patriot 🇺🇸

A few years ago Eric and I connected on Facebook and we had some opposing views surrounding religion. However, this past year I watched Eric stand up and speak out to protect the freedom and liberty in America, which I found myself doing as well. He created the “Utah Business Revival” to support small businesses and has been involved in the production of “Non-Essential”, a documentary portraying the hypocrisy of Utah’s government in handling COVID-19.

Although we had opposing religious views, we have found common ground in our beliefs, especially in standing up and speaking out on them. In my experience with social media, when religion and politics are involved, it often leads to misunderstandings, misinterpretations, unfriending and unfollowing. However, at the end of the day I believe we as human beings are more alike then different. We are all one.

Morris Kunz joins me for Episode 38. “BEING”, is the main topic of this conversation. Morris shares a lot of wisdom as we discuss purpose, adversity, fear, freedom, relationships, evolving into a more conscious human being, etc. He is an open minded individual and we had a good conversation about life.

Morris is a friend I met a few years ago at a small single adult get together. Recently, as I was going through a difficult time and contemplating shutting down social media and this podcast, he reached out to me with some words of wisdom and advice. I really appreciated him reaching out to me and being a guest on the podcast.

He will be starting his own podcast, “The House of Sovereignty”, which will be about all things freedom.

Jimmy Gilland joins me for Episode 37. Jimmy is a friend I connected with on social media and recently met at a weekend retreat in January that my friend Mckayla and I hosted at Bear Lake. He is a DJ and is into a couple of things that I find interesting, which is philosophy and personal development. We have both been going through our own awakenings and this conversation was about those experiences. For Episode 35 I joined up with McKayla Norris, the host of Glow Up with LaLa, for our 3rd Episode together. We had some catching up to do and this was a fun episode. We bagan by her doing a card reading for me that resonated with some things I’m experiencing in life and searching for. She shared her recent experience going to Denver, Colorado for a workshop that helped teach her how to better understand how she gives and can receive love.
