Alright people. It's arrived. The one you've all been waiting for. Because let's be honest, you didn't care about anything else. You all wanted this! And you got exactly what you wanted. And now this is what we have to deal with. And we're talking about the newest Disney Star Wars movie. Yaaaaaaaaay.

Alas...another one gone. The year of endings continues. On the first annual bonus episode of the Talkin' TV podcast, Dom & Chris discuss the ending and by default the entire run of one of their favorite shows of the last half of the decade, HBO's Silicon Valley. From the co-writer of Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted? What the hell did we sign up for here? Anyways, on this episode of Talkin' TV, Dom & Chris are back, this time with returning players Johnny Manna and Andrew Gyomai, returning from the Stranger Things season 1 episode of the original Movie Nerd Podcast, and they're here to talk about Marriage Story, the new Netflix film that is set to be nominated for a lot of Oscars. Is it worth all the hype? Tune in and find out!

Are you talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? Well, I'm not the only one here, unfortunately, and while I may not be talking to you, I certainly am talkin' with Chris, once again, about movies. Still kind of defeats the purpose of the whole "Talkin' TV" title, but hey, it sounds cool. ANYWAYS, we're here talkin' about the Irishman! The brand new film from legendary Marvel hater Martin Scorsese, the film is a generational tale that follows truck driver turned mob hitman Frank Sheeran (Robert DeNiro) and his relationship with the mafia and the Teamsters union, specifically through the viewpoint of mafioso figurehead Russell Bufalino (Joe Pesci) and Teamsters head Jimmy Hoffa (Al Pacino). Sitting at a three and a half hour long runtime, we've got that at the very least as a starting point, but tune in to see what we thought about this movie, and whether it's worth the watch!

On today's episode of Talkin' TV, Dom & Chris return to do an advanced review of the newest movie from Rian Johnson of Star Wars: The Last Jedi fame. Is this who-dunnit more in line with something like Brick or Fletch? Probably not the last one, but what this movie does have going for it is that it's another movie with a tremendous cast, including James Bond, Captain America, Laurie Strode, General Zod and more people you'll recognize from other huge pop culture IP's! Cause that's what the world of movies has devolved to...all this and more on this episode of Talkin' TV!

Do you like Disney? Do you like Streaming? Do you like Star Wars? Clearly, you don't like holding onto money very much, but that's ok, neither do we. Cause we're back, and we're talkin' more TV as Disney+ launches today on November 12th, and with it, the first episode of the first ever live action Star Wars show, The Mandalorian! Executive produced and created by Dave Filoni (Star Wars: The Clone Wars; Star Wars: Rebels) and Jon Favreau (Elf; Iron Man; The Jungle Book; The Lion King), this show takes place after Return of the Jedi and follows a lone Bounty Hunter as he trapes through the Outer Rim, taking missions, names and running into a whole bunch of new characters in this new era of Star Wars. Begun, the Streaming Wars have.

On the latest episode of the Talkin' TV Podcast, Dom & Chris take a couple of cold ones and just have an nice, chillaxing episode as they watch the brand new Netflix follow-up to the hit AMC TV series, Breaking Bad. Wait, that's not the right title, El Camino: A Breaking Bad....seriously guys? A Breaking Bad story? What is this, a superhero movie? Why does everything have to have story after it? Anyways, they're talking to see if Jesse's still in any real danger after the events of the harrowing Breaking Bad finale. Will it or won't it? Guess you're going to have to watch to find out!!!

FINALLY! Sorry, was just really excited for this one. Chris & Dom are here...to review...THE BOYS!!! No, not the...wait, was there no other piece of intellectual property that has ever been called the Boys besides the source material? That's a first. Anyways, Chris & Dom are back, this time to actually live up to the name of the show, by reviewing another TV show, another relic of the summer of 2019, but it's one that, rather than just being simple entertainment, also has some weight, some subtext, some LESSONS, if you will about the dangers of the real world. All included in this episode of Talkin' TV.
