As we celebrated the 80th anniversary of the end of WW2, it seemed appropriate to air an interview I produced for the BBC over 30 years ago. 

Two elderly ladies, Grace Mellor and Agnes Mietz, discuss those final days of the war and how it affected them.

A friend died recently and reminded me of another friend who died some time ago!
