If you are out there ,if what I felt in my spine was real, if the information i have got came from YOU, Help me get out of this attachement related stress. I surrender and I wait.

I need everybody listening to me to understand that we need to move above the level of emotions. We are so caught up in past experiences,future excercises that we forget the Now which is timeless. Everything else is in your head in the form of visuals known as imagination. The imaginations trigger some emotions and we get entangled in it. We are consciousness,we use intelligence to create ourselves but then we get trapped in our creation! Let us be out of the trap and realise that we are Universal consciousness!

I talk about a mind and imagination technique to free yourself of the attachment to your emotions which are hurtful or simply unpleasant to you. The world around you is a pretty hall you must decorate yourself. Clear the cobwebs of emotions which cause negtivity and painfulness..Make your hall look pretty amd the way you like it!

A step towards understanding the infinite nature of our physical and mental self as well as of evrything around us. A resolution in 2021 to make something of infinite value inside us.

While searching for knowing the truths and realities, I came upon a search result which showed a kitten being carried by its mother. I unfolded my learning through the image in the form of a poem. All we need is Surrender and trust life!

I talk about the "May" day when I came to know that my elder sister has breast cancer. It came out of nowhere. She had been so fine in Feb 2020. ! Life felt so insane,so unjust to her and me! But I grew up learning and I am still learning the Random nature of events in Life.
