AJ Shepard and Jeff Mercer met with the media following the Hoosiers 7-2 win over host Coastal Carolina at Baseball at the Beach

CONWAY, SC - Indiana baseball took down number 18 Coastal Carolina 7-2 on the road. Sophome starter Connor Foley pitched 4 scoreless innings, and grad student Ty Bothwell pitched five giving up only two unearned runs. The Hoosiers got big offensive output with key hits by Devin Taylor and homers by Brandon Burckel and AJ Shepard. The media caught up with Shepard and head coach Jeff Mercer following the game.
