  • Allira Potter- Living the life you desire, spirituality and cultural awareness.

Ever wondered how to manifest the life you desire or what that even means? We chatted to the utterly gorgeous Allira Potter about this along with some of our other favourite topics like love, relationships, spirituality and even body positivity and empowerment. She is one brave, confident and kind hearted gal and we loved getting to know her. Her honest experiences and opinion on cultural awareness and appropriateness in the spiritual, wellness and even fashion space is refreshing and having the conversation is key to a safer and more inclusive space. Anyway, tune in! W hope you love it. 😘

  • Have you thought about body boundaries? Teaching our kids (and ourselves) about body safety and consent with educator Jayneen Sanders

In todays episode we discuss the very important topic of teaching our children about consent, body safety, body boundaries and  the importance of using the correct terminology for body parts from a very young age with our children. A confronting topic for any parent and a difficult conversation to be had with young children but a very important one. We are joined by Jayneen Sanders who is an author, educator and advocate for body safety, gender equality and respectful relationships.

  • Ash London- Everything from business class to babies, the best mum chat!

Sometimes we mums just need to sit down and talk about #mumlife. The good, the bad, the ups and downs, the beauty and the boredom. We love Ash for being so refreshingly honest about her experience of becoming a mum to her little boy Buddy. She shares some great family stories, her breastfeeding struggles suffering from D-MER (this is really interesting!) and we even get some glamorous reflections from her days of travelling the world and hanging with Tay Tay and Harry Styles.

  • Mick Fanning- An incredible life with a humble perspective, refilling your fun barrel from the lowest point and new found fatherhood.

For our last guest episode of this season we were lucky enough to catch up with world renowned surfer Mick Fanning. We had such a fantastic and open chat with Mick and loved learning all about his personal journey, including his experience witnessing the birth of his son and becoming a father for the first time, his perspective on grief the challenges he faced during an incredibly tough year in 2015, his career and so much more. He has such a life story to tell outside of surfing and shared some really honest thoughts and experiences on all of that with us. He’s a very conscious person and so humble about all that he’s achieved in his life, a true Aussie legend. We hope you enjoy this conversation as much as we did.
