My final guest for November is Alan Muntz, Vice President, Executive Consultant with the Leadership Pipeline Institute (LPI) and Director at Arthingworth Consulting. I asked Alan to discuss his views regarding the people we lead. He mentioned five key areas important to employees including: (1) understanding the organisation’s goals, (2) their purpose within the business, (3) their contribution to the organisation, (4) is someone looking out for me at work, and (5) does someone have an understanding of my development needs?
