We ride motorcycles for a multitude of reasons. The movie "Why We Ride" illustrated many of them. I have mine and you have yours. Regardless of why we ride there are times when things go badly. As motorcyclist we go down. What we do in the minutes, hours, days and weeks that follow a motorcycle accident makes a difference. Do you know what those things are?

Many of us have ridden coast to coast. We do it on Harley-Davidson Ultra Classics, BMW R1200GS's, Honda Gold Wings or RT's. Our guest tonight has done it many times. It is always an adventure whatever we choose to ride. NormNelson defines an adventure motorcyclist. 

His prize 1958 Harley-Davidson Sportster has been his choice for two coast to coast rides to Alaska including all the way up the Alcan Highway. The interesting thing is those two trips were 25 years apart!

Norm has competed in two coast to coast Motorcycle Cannonball twice. In his first effort he finished third. His second try resulted in a second place finish. In 2016, Norm Nelson will compete in his third Motorcycle Cannonball. This time he will be riding a 1911 Reading Standard 500cc Single cylinder, single speed motorcycle that is little more than a bicycle frame with about 5 horsepower.

All motorcycle road racers would like to say they have won at the World Center of Racing, Daytona International Speedway. Norm Nelson has 7 wins at Daytona. Six of those victories were on a 1950 Norton Manx!

Rod will now be responsible for driving the business in the United  States and Canada for Royal Enfield. With Copes on board Royal Enfield fully intends on rapidly expanding its brand in the US of A, which is also its top export market at present.

Their new distribution center is located in the heart of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The new game plan includes factory owned retail stores.

This would appear an unlikely career path for a man with a Masters degree in engineering, He brings to Royal Enfield understanding of global markets as well as the North American market. 

We will discuss the current product line of 500cc long stroke powerplants and get some hints as to new models that may be in the pre-production phase.

JD Beach is the newly crowned MotoAmerica Supersport Champion and he joins us LIVE! The versatile rider is a National Number AMA Pro Flat Track GNC1 flat track racer who just happens to be one of the best road racers in America as well. With eight wins in 2015, JD convincingly won the championship in a crowded field of fast competitors on great equipment. The Graves Motorsports Yamaha team gave him a great ride and he was on point all season!

Jake Gagne is the 2015 MotoAmerica Superstock 1000 class champion! Riding for Danny Walker's Roadrace Factory Yamaha team, he was the class of the field. What's in store for 2015? Europe? Many believe Jake is one of the most talented racers in the world. We have many questions and he will have answers!

Danny Walker came on the show pre-season and told us his goal was to win the Superstock 1000 championship with Jake Gagne on a Yamaha R1. We look forward to hearing Danny's valuable insight and his outlook for the road ahead. The team took on a major challenge with three riders on 600's in addition to Gagne.

Yve Assad has a beautiful vision. She "creates with light" every time she picks up a camera. She tours many miles per year on her vintage BMW airhead traveling the two lanes of America in search of images that captivate. We look forward to catching up with Yve and discovering her most recent work and where she envisions her career in the months and years ahead.

Jared Mees retains the point lead by a narrow six-point margin over Bryan Smith following his disappointing DNF at Charlotte. It was a near mirror image of the results from Harley-Davidson Flat Track at ESPN X-Games Austin. Chasing down Bryan Smith there was a shower of sparks from the tailpipe of the Las Vegas HD/Rogers Racing XR750 ending his race one lap short of completition. Now as the team approaches the Springfield Mile II and the balance of the season, what shall be his strategy? The reigning 2014 AMA Pro GNC1 champion joins us LIVE on the show!
