Today I was so happy to interview Swabian Culinary Food Blogger, Tim Schneider and chat about his wonderful website My German Table. Tim writes wonderful regional recipes handed down from family and friends. I loved talking about one of my favorite towns in Baden-Württemberg, Rottweil. Their lovely Fastnacht parade, the legendary dog, and then Maultaschen from the Monasteries of Maulbronn.
I discovered new German words and slang and recipes I hadn't even heard of ~ if you are hoping to try a little international cooking where you can find all the ingredients, recipes are in English and have a bit of history, you will love this podcast!

Join me this week as I interview my friend and fellow small business owner Raffaella Bucefalo from Perugia, Umbria in Italy. We chat about her dreams, our love of cooking, and people, growing small businesses, Agriturismo's, Umbria, and her new projects. A pasta cookbook, Sprinkle with Flour, highlighting recipes handed down from generations of her family and friends and personal drawings by Raffa to boot!
I have brought eight groups to Raffa's Agriturismo in the past four years and I am thrilled that she is bringing her #COOKINGCLASSESONLINE during #covid19. They are fun, healthy and the recipes feed enough for two meals.
Join us for some laughs and get all the details on how to cook authentic Umbrian Italian cooking while we are #stayingsafe!

Today I am sharing a short story I recently wrote for my friend Marie and her website, www.livelikeitmatters.net called "What do you want to be when you grow up?"
In today's podcast, I share a few excerpts from a book I am working on called "Reinventing Wendy." Perhaps a few of you 80s kids can relate and I hope I am able to make you smile and recognize maybe a little bit of yourself in my story.
As an extra-extrovert, I never expected to live a quiet life. Far from it. As a serial #entrepreneur, and a #militaryspouse of over 26 years our lives are constantly changing. This life is not for everyone, but for me, I wouldn't have it anyway.
So what do you want to be when you grow up? Who says you have to pick just one thing!
Marie's blog is filled with inspiration and challenges us to live like it matters because it does. Check it out.

What a super fun podcast by the pool with my new friends Mike Bruce and Amy Nubson from #gettintherewithmikeandamy podcast. We were all at #podfest2020 together in Florida this past weekend and decided to do a podcast together, cause that is how travel content creators roll. You might say we are addicted and love to share tips, like we love to share the world.
Mike and Amy have unconventional lifestyles that embrace travel, today they shared some amazing places in Israel, how they create opportunities to explore, travel hacks and more. Check out the vlog for more details and links.

Along the beer trail in Huntsville, Alabama, on this podcast, I was happy to interview Jason Sledd of Green Bus Brewing. Jason began as a homebrewer with a tasty hobby and learning the science of beer.
#greenbusbrewing is the epitome of "local pub!" If you are looking for a local "stammtisch" (in German) or a place where everyone knows your name, look no further than #downtownhuntsville. Right off the square in #historichuntsville, parking is available on Eustis and you can pop in while you are visiting #greenestreetfarmersmarket and even walk around with a #purplecup.
It was a joy to meet and chat with Jason Sledd and I look forward to trying their famous Tiramisu, a chocolate-coffee malt beer popular with just about everyone.
Jason's passion and commitment to create different kinds of beer and share them is evident throughout the interview and I look forward to popping in again very soon.
