Judges reveals a cycle of complacency, compromise, and struggle that speaks to the human condition and at times can even mirror our own lives. Yet when people cry out, God responds with grace. Gideon’s story shows our need for transformation, God’s willingness to rescue, and reminds us how critical it is to believe God’s word as we seek to break the cycle.

In this message we look at how Jesus journeys with us through hard seasons and the challenge to us to believe Him, to remember His word and to know that we are not alone.

On Easter Sunday, we considered the significance of baptism as a powerful symbol of cleansing, a sign of belonging, and a step of faith. Rooted in Jesus’ death and resurrection, it reveals new life, identity, and hope. This message invites each of us to consider our response.

In this message, we look the meaning of 'Palm Sunday', the event of the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, that we read about in the gospels. Taking a 'triple jump' through Scripture we explore its significance in God's plan for salvation. In addition, we look at things that can hinder us 'seeing it' and living it out in our own lives.

In chapter 4 we see that God works to bring fullness and fruitfulness out of seasons of emptiness and barrenness. And that there is a hope for us. Because from the line of Ruth and Boaz would come a greater kinsman redeemer, Jesus, who gives us a hope and a future.

In Ruth chapter 3 we see a beautiful picture of redemption. Boaz acts as Ruth’s kinsman-redeemer, stepping in to rescue and restore her. This points us to Jesus, our true Kinsman Redeemer, who comes near to redeem us, cover our shame, and secure our future. Ruth’s story helps us see the wonder of what Christ has done for us.

In the second message of our series on Ruth, we consider the truth that even in the midst of loss, when we cannot see it, God is still at work. Here we explore the question: How do you believe when you cannot see?

In the opening of our series on Ruth, we focus on the reality of suffering. Naomi has experienced almost every loss imaginable, yet even amidst her turmoil and grief, signs of hope begin to emerge. Our own lives can mirror this pattern, we go through seasons of emptiness and challenge.
