I DON"T OWN RIGHTS TO MUSIC!!!
When you have a beautiful song such as this one off the the Lion King: The Gift album that uplifts women of color, it's a wonderful feeling. We as women need to learn to appreciate ourselves more, stop letting color divide. All shades of the African women are gorgeous. Time to stop going against ech other and allowing society to put us against each other. We are stronger together.
Another segment dedicated to two new parts of the book by Na'Im Akbar, Ph.D.
This episode touches on a group topic me and my friends had about a caption on a portrait that said: we are not our ancestors, Black women we got you". This caused for a little debate and majority of us agreed that it was unnecessary to use the word "Ancestors" in a way that seems disrespectful.
In today's world, we have more children on social media entertaining and having fun, but don't know their name, their colors, ABCs, 123s, etc. How can you as the primary teacher invest in the early development of your child besides sending them to school? Learning starts at home.
This episode is focused on a passage written by Na'Im Akbar, Ph D. This gives a good detail on how they don't want blacks to lead, how they use us against each other to carry out their mission. This is a great episode, you don't want to miss.
Great subject to voice my opinion on. The evolution of policing has not change not one bit, and it probably never will. It has intensified throughout the years and as long as the laws that be keep justifying police or any lawmakers behavior, we will never seek real justice as people.
This topic is a home hitter for most especially within the black community How do you deal with a family member who is an addict? How do you cope and what all can you do to help them? Have you exhaust all your resources/options? When is enough, enough? I haven't had this experience, so I am giving m opinion on what I think should happen
This questions has always been up for discussion. This episode I give my thoughts and opinion of the matter. We have to do better as black families and a community, but we won't make it as long as each of us don't come together for the bigger picture.
What are your thoughts on the selection that we have? Who are your favorites, and who are your least favorites? I have seen a few debates, so catch my opinion of who I choose and what I think so far
