Things don't always go to plan, but I can tell you that they always work out. On this episode, I give an update on my own experiences the last two weeks surrounding the lunar eclipse and mercury retrograde.
This is a recording I did with Rosemary Lyran back in November 2020 for her project, and I'm excited to finally share this with you all. Rosemary was featured on Episode 9 where we talked all about twin flames and soulmates. On this recording, we added more insights from our own twin flame journey and separation experiences. Rosemary is always such a joy to connect with, so I hope you guys enjoy!
We uncover so much when we decide to do the shadow ~work~! On this episode, Mecca E11even—a third generation intuitive medium, healer, and spiritual mentor—joins me on the show to talk all about the getting in touch with your inner child and shadow self to heal and release the deepest emotional parts of ourselves. By doing so, we can begin our spiritual journeys and possibly discover our own gifts in the process.
The massive spike in anti-Asian hate crimes has prompted intense fear, anger, sadness, and frustration within the Asian and Asian American community. Today, I invited Kiersten and Krystal onto the show to talk about our Asian American experiences. We discussed the "model minority" myth, microaggressions, Asian representation in entertainment and media, our families' path to the US, and so much more. This was a very important episode to record as our stories are seldom taught in history books. To the AAPI community - lets continue to share our experiences, amplify our voices, and take action towards change.
It's not always rainbows, unicorns, and butterflies on the other side of a spiritual awakening... It's about the awareness of our own thoughts and emotions while in the human experience. We are meant to feel what needs to be felt, not resist or avoid it. On this episode, I talk about toxic positivity and how it relates to spirituality in the terms of "spiritual bypassing" and how we can all shift to a more supportive or validating approach.
