It wasn’t an easy process to share my story, it being my first interview I was nervous, but I for one hope it will enable others to feel empowered by it, to see survival is possible but not only that, there is the ability to move forward reclaiming the essence of who you are and to thrive.

Here on ‘Talks with Miah’ we’re going to be talking about everything, from what domestic abuse is, who are the targets and why domestic abuse is not always reported to the authorities, we’re gonna be talking about narcissists and narcissistic abuse, plus much much more. I will have some special guests who are victims and survivors of abuse to get an insight on what they would say the signs of abuse are, the red flags and their experiences.
