Self-growth, also known as “personal growth,” is a process of developing new skills, behaviors, actions, attitudes, habits and reactions to benefit certain aspects of your life. Self-growth might be something you want to work on concerning your career, personal life or both.

Friendships/Relationships comes in many forms. While some people come and go quickly from your life, others stick around until you grow old.

The main idea behind the phrase “reason, season, lifetime” is that all relationships, regardless of their length, have some sort of purpose

When you are dealing with people, continue to focus on God and "the higher things" more than you focus on the person that hurt you and "the things that are on earth." God has the answer for how to respond to the pain. He has insight into the person who hurt you that you simply don't have.

Faith is waiting patiently until your change comes.

It is never about how you feel or what you see, it is about WHO you believe, WHY you believe and WHAT you do while you believe. Faith and waiting blindly are not the same, there is a thin line between the two. Waiting blindly is saying you have faith but doing nothing to activate your faith; remember, Faith without works is dead. While you are waiting, keep trusting God. He holds the keys in his hands… TRUST HIM ALWAYS.

When you know who you are, you will know that there is NOT a trial out there that is bigger than you. That doesn't mean you can make every problem go away immediately, but it does mean that you can overcome it, no matter how long it takes.

You give respect to get respect. Stop thinking you are better than everyone else. If you want to gain respect, you have to realize the world does not revolve around you. Take interest in other people, be genuinely interested in what they have to say. Listen before you speak.

Everything that God tells us to do is for our benefit. The testing of our faith, and allowing patience to work in our life, have their benefits.

My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
