Isaiah 43:18-19. it is vital to embrace the new things God is doing; to let go of past opportunities, and prepare for the new things ahead. When God is doing something new, it sometimes requires us to step into the unknown, which may feel uncomfortable, scary, and even unpleasant at first. We might be tempted to hold on to the life we know where everything is familiar. But we need to let go of the old, trust God and embrace what He is doing. However, once we have decided to trust God and step into something new, we need to get ready for challenges.

Every day we wake up it’s a life lesson. We’re going to have bad and good days, but it’s up to us on how we handle it. Life can be crazy, weird, and fun at times. Don’t let the bad days of life keep you from the good days. Keep going and don’t give up.

As we go through life, challenges arise to help us keep growing. Shift your focus back onto yourself. Realize that you have the power to learn from it and change your approach the next time. Accept what you cannot change. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Remember: YOU’RE DOING THE BEST YOU CAN!!!

Your health is invaluable, and your self-care can’t afford to wait. If you keep putting others first, you’ll soon find that you don’t have anything left to give them. Sometimes looking after yourself is the best gift you can give to others. So, what are you waiting for? Fill your cup and keep it full by practicing daily self-care.

Everything in life has a reason and purpose, and everything is connected to the almighty God—the God who leads and guides you. God totally deserves your grateful appreciation of His numerous blessings every day. Keep in mind, every breath you take is a gift, a miracle from God.
