We talk about some of our experiences with self-harming and how it has affected us personally. Emma and I also discuss many topics such as the benefits and importance of having a diagnosis as well as the negative influence society and media has on mental health and the stigma surrounding it.

Blake had a tough battle with his mental health after suffering multiple concussions playing hockey.
