Meet Ethan Ewell. 21 year old former soccer player and Crossfit athlete, turned Weightlifter, has his eyes set on the 2024 Summer Olympics. Ethan shares how his Mother’s influence and early passion has ultimately lead to multiple opportunities in representing Guam in his early teens. Ethan goes over what training for the sport of Olympic Weightlifting has been like for him. Together we discuss his training development through the years, training specifics, training goals and training through injury. Ethan remains an exciting athlete to watch in more recent local events on Guam. He is set to compete in the Guam Weightlifting Federation’s first open event of the year on March 26, 2021. Mia shares her experience with exercising while pregnant, postpartum rehabilitation, and early parenthood! Together, we discuss the importance of physical activity or exercise while pregnant and pregnancy-related pelvic floor symptoms that are common, but not necessarily normal! Mia is a yoga instructor, athlete, and first-time momma who talks about her ongoing journey of returning to how she would exercise prior to her pregnancy.

Scott Kneller is a 2x Olympian in Men's Ski Cross and World Cup Gold Medalist . He competed in the 2010 & 2014 Winter Olympics and placed first for the Ski Cross World Cup in 2010. In this interview, Scott discusses the series of events that led up to both Olympic Games. He shares how he managed multiple injuries that jeopardized both Olympic opportunities and coped with the loss of a family member. Scott gives an insider perspective on Ski Cross, performance training, rigorous sports rehabilitation, and growth mindset. Scott is the Founder of the Rob Kneller Youth Foundation and current chair of the Australian Olympic Committee Athlete Commission.
