2 oz Barley Water

3/4 oz wheat grass syrup

.5 oz lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice, strain over fresh ice, garnish with fresh strands of wheat grass.

50 ml Licor 43 Original (1 part / 1¾oz)

1 hot espresso coffee

Ice cubes

Half fill your glass with ice cubes and pour Licor 43 over the top.

Serve alongside the cup of hot espresso and, before drinking, pour the coffee over the liqueur and stir.

Adhel's Cocktail of the Episode:

"La Bronceada"

1 oz Fords Gin

1 oz Licor 43

.75 oz Fino Sherry

.75 Lemon juice

3 slices grilled pineapple

nutmeg

Muddle pinapple, combine ingredients into shaker, shake the shit out of it. Dump into licor 43 glass or rocks glass. garnish grated nutmeg.
