Thank you for finding us here in this moment, because it too has now passed. Lord Shiva asked me to do this podcast and I have to say I was a little reluctant to post it, not because it isn’t amazing in it’s humour and ability to laugh within self, but because he titled it YOGA and in a world that often has very set beliefs around the meaning of Yoga, I was more comfortable simply enjoying the expression in an intimate way without posting.

But as life is shifting and so too is my work here in Budai, this as Lord Ganesh shared was all part of the flow in the direction I too am journeying and that those who resonate in this will simply be present. So as I got started with Lord Ganesh nestling within my lap having a giggle, Lord Shiva’ s presence flowed standing tall, trident in hand and there it began, as they both flowed the discourse, Ganesh meeting and greeting when the request to connect within the muladhara arose and so it all flowed. This is how the whole podcast unfolded, as Lord Shiva is BIG on going direct connecting one on one to any who desires to be in soundless to sound frequency vibration within the yoga flow.

So if this resonates then allow the flow to simply be, as even though you will hear a voice, it will be something altogether that is uniquely for you that will unfold, however in order to receive the most in this podcast, you are required to truly connect directly in source energy.

Yoga means union but within that union are infinite tributaries, and this is where this introduction into Yoga with Lord Shiva and family presides. We have created a course based within the Ayurveda Flow of knowledge, wisdom and constantly evolving existence, with exquisite energies such as Lord Shiva, Parvati, Skanda, Ganesh, Hanuman, Krisha and there are more.

Ganesh desired a section to be devoted to the art of the Yogi, so Lord Shiva and Parvati along with Skanda came forth and said they too desired to share the joy, wonderment of the energetic flow deep within the cosmic consciousness that could be integrated intimately into daily life.

So in this very short and diversified intro we share the ‘jumble’ of concepts and have truly only touched very lightly on what content is yet to be revealed and shared as the journey of the ayurveda yogi unfolds. It is very much about being directly connected consciously, where the students as part of the course create the SPACE to connect with Ganesh, Parvati, Shiva and in their readiness Skanda along with Hanuman and Krishna so we can intertwine their experiences and tailor the course in the required flow from student to cosmic teacher, in this the adventure is enriching, unique to each student yet able to be share by any who pass through along their wondrous grand adventure.

Transcendence is occurring moment to moment, integrated in our physiological state on an emotional, mental, physical express of the all that is. So how does that affect us amongst every day life, whether it is picking up the kids, making breakfast, meeting the new love of your life deciding what you want to ‘do’ in life etc. With Lord Shiva and Ganesh it is all about sharing a way of BEING the life you desire through ‘Transcendence’ in biodiversity in this the way we perceive, receive, create shifts when we allow the gateways, neural pathways to expand, transform and flow in tapestries of light frequencies.

We share the flow of the beautiful, functional and energised Desert Sturt Pea flower that is the inspiration for the Desert Sturt Pea Pod Design Series of interconnected dwellings, how it came about, its connectivity and how from the muladhara seeded in the spec of light that grows and meanders through your physical form as your physical form and the integration of the EARTH elemental resonance.

Earth is currently transforming its form, as part of the earth element our forms for a lot of the human beings in aligned homeostasis are interconnecting in this very same transformation. Looking at and experiencing sustainability from a different perception.

This podcast is simply a conversation that was sparked between Lord Ganesh and Isis about the constant requirement to ‘label’ & categorise everything until we choose to simply allow the self to ‘BE’. No matter what we choose to participate in life there is always something to simply have a giggle about. Here we share experiences that we ourselves have had along the infinite journey, the playfulness with Ganesh and the primordial OM. 

Sharing the ‘presence’ and ‘comfort’ each of us can experience when we come home to our self from within, letting go of the worry about what others think or say, but also what limits we place on ourselves. Be in resonance of YOU.

Ayurveda quantum physics is in the every day life in all of us, even if we do not realise. What frequencies we are aligned within, shifting frequencies happens moment to moment unconsciously and yet for many of you this is becoming a conscious awareness. It is incredibly empowering and exciting because the self realisation of just what is possible begins to ‘dawn’ on you.

Expansion is exciting, providing and opportunity to constantly grow, go beyond where you have been and literally know self mastery without the limitation of the individual ego.
