Patricia Young hosts the podcast Unapologetically Sensitive, and works with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) helping them to understand their HSP traits, and turning their perceived shortcomings into superpowers. Patricia is passionate about providing education to help HSPs and non-HSPs understand and truly appreciate the amazing gifts they have to offer. Today’s guest is BJ Trevino. BJ is 11 years active duty Navy. His wife Melanie was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2013 and its been an emotional roller coaster since. This has brought up deep hidden issues from BJ’s past and caused him to rely heavily on alcohol to numb his stress and pain, in the end it destroyed more than it could ever silence. He shares his journey towards healing and how through his recovery, he has found a positive outlet to give purpose to his pain.

Pradeepa Narayanaswamy is an International Coaching Federation-Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with over eight years of coaching experience. In pursuit of starting a family, Pradeepa suffered from a long, lonely and painful battle with infertility.
Pradeepa’s 12-year struggle with infertility involved having three miscarriages, three IUI failures and eight back-to-back IVF failures before she was ultimately diagnosed with “unexplained infertility.”
After this experience, Pradeepa made it her life’s purpose to coach women, men and couples experiencing their own struggles with infertility. Her mission is to help clients on their infertility journey, and to ultimately make the experience “suck less”.
Pradeepa strongly believes that both couples and individuals who feel empowered with fertility coaching have a more positive experience overall when battling with their infertility. Pradeepa is not just talking the talk about infertility, she has walked the walk for a very long time.
