Welcome back to Tanks and Tuddies and yes, we are still in the dog days of summer. The boys (mainly Tubbs) are dying for Football. For now baseball and immaculate grid will have to do. Frankie reads us this weeks news, and you will not believe what he has to say about Jim Harbaugh. We tackle the immaculate grid after hitting this weeks news out of Detroit's training camp. Welcome back to Tanks and Tuddies after the slowest week in all of sports, we have another relatively slow week. We start things off with our Locks and Longshots for the week, including one of our biggest longshots yet. Then we head into this week's In The News segment, written by Frankie this week. It sure is a doozy. We do a quick recap of the MLB All Star game before Tubbs reminds the Cincinatti Reds that they can win baseball games after the All-Star Break. We check in on our Reds futures bets and Tubbs has an announcement. With the trade deadline coming up we talk about where we want to see some of the biggest names on the market go, including Ohtani. After the MLB, we test our brainpower once again with the Immaculate Gridiron and then head into our Top 5 of Broadcasting Voices. It's Tubbs week on the wheel so we see if he can break our cold streak and get us going for our first win of year 2. Tune into Episode 54!

We are happy you're back with us this week after last weeks anniversary episode. This week happens to be the deadest week in all of the sports world. Fortunately for you listeners, we like to talk and can make an hour out of nothing, so we brought back In The News and we discuss the MLB Draft and how each of our teams did. Plus, we each have our own issues with the Home Run Derby, no matter how awesome it is to see tanks being hit. Along with bringing back some old segments, we also introduced a new one this week. The NFL Immaculate Grid. Then we do our Top 5 Sports People we would like to see in a Home Run Derby, and wrap up with out usual roulette spin. One week away from having a year's worth of content, the boys bring you a relatively busy show. Each of the guys had a busy weekend and both involved some golf and drinking. After we recap last weekend, we swing right into Locks and Longshots. Fitting for this week. Then, this week in the MLB, including the LA Angels putting up video game numbers to beat the Rockies, and a rant on the MLB All Star Ballot. We give a quick recap of LSU Winning the College World Series and bringing a 'ship back to the Bayou! Geaux Tigas! The boys are live for episode 50 this week, and for the first time, we are in completely different states. Franke talks about his move to Memphis, while Tubbs talks about his lawn *yawn*. As usual, each of the guys adds some new locks and long shots before we get into our Stanley Cup Finals recap, including the Con Smyth Award and William Karlson’s epic drunk speech. Later, we talk golf and The US Open from this weekend. Rickie choked on Sunday and Wyndham Clark walks away a major winner. In the MLB, are the Cincinnati Reds this years Cinderella team? Also, a quick update on the Wake Me Up When September Ends play and we form our MLB Division winners parlay. We bring a very controversial Top 5 this week, Top 5 worst baby names. Tubbs is flying solo this week! Franke is in the midst of a move so listen to Tubbs talk to himself for 31 minutes! Tubbs hops right into Locks and Longshots after recapping the weekend. Top 5 characteristics that make you a TANK.  US Open is this week and the rough is tough again (shocker). Tubbs gives a few golf outright winner longshots and then heads straight to MLB. Tigers, Diamondbacks and Brewers OH MY! Nuggets win the ship and send Butler packing. Knights look to win the series and Tubbs gives his prediction. Roulette is something to check out. After a week hiatus the boys are back! Franke talks about his Florida vacation and Tubbs discusses his golfing trip. We hop right into locks and lock shots and discuss some of our brutal losses and sweet cashes in the last 2 weeks. Then, huge news this morning in the golf world as the PGA announce it will be merging with the LIV Tour. WHAT?! We give our takes and discuss what this mean for the future of golf. In the baseball world, we talk about the biggest news in the last 2 weeks of baseball including breaking news on Jacob DeGrom. A quick recap and prediction of the NBA finals as well as the Stanley Cup Finals and Franke throws out a couple Conn Smyth Award bets that may surprise you. Another week and another round of roulette. Will we break the unstoppable cold streak? Tune in to episode 48 to find out!

Football is BACK! Well at least we have a schedule to look at. On this weeks episode, Franke and Tubbs recap their weekend together and the adventures that came from it. The guys add some new locks and long shots and Franke tries to end a cold streak with a new quick long shot of his own. Before we get back into football, we do a quick recap of baseball and how Tubbs jinxed Eduardo Rodriguez. Also, the Lakers have been eliminated from the NBA Playoffs by getting swept by the Denver Nuggets. In the East, the Miami Heat are out to a shocking 3-0 lead over the Boston Celtics. We give our takes on the conference finals so far. On the pond, the Vegas Golden Knights are out to a 2-0 lead on the Dallas Stars and we had a 4OT game in the East. The guys dive into the NFL schedule release, including our teams predictions and some of the biggest games of the year. With summer here, it’s only right that we do a top 5 of our favorite summer drinks. To wrap things up, we’re back on the roulette wheel to try and finally get another win before sending you off. We have decided it is finally time to do a NBA and NHL Playoff recap so far. Before we get into the recap, the guys give out some new "Locks and Longshots" as we both attempt to start some hot streaks. Then, Jake gets a minute to talk about Eduardo Rodriguez and how good he's been, and Tubbs may be the reason why the Tigers are winning games. Franke discusses the Brewers 18-1 defeat at the hands of the Cardinals, and surprise surprise, Shohei Ohtani did something like we've never seen before. Once we wrap up MLB, we move into the NBA Playoff recap, starting with the first round. Of course, we have to talk about Ja Morant and his wanna be gangster activity that has made its way back into the news. Tubbs also takes a minute to talk about the NBA Draft lottery which is happening as we record. Then we do an NHL Playoff Recap and predict who we have going to the Stanley Cup Finals. Another shot at trying to hit a roulette spin and we send you on your way. Tune into Episode 46 Now!!
