Gd’s unity. How He is everything, within everything, surrounding everything. Nothing is anything relative to Him, He exists before as He will after, as He does now. How do we exist? Extension and expression - like thought capacity vs thought itself, like a ray of the sun; like a candle in daylight ;). This is why we were created. For Gd to be felt in our bodies. How incredible is it to realize that the king lives in you.

If you see your fellow sinning - hate them. How? Equal in Torah and Mitzvos. You have a close relationship with them. You rebuked them. And they still sinned. Draw people to Torah through friendship. Hate the brokenness in them. Love the soul in them. Channel the hate to compassion and prayer.

View your fellow as soul. Love them for that. Same source, we’re one. Same dad, we’re sisters. See their body as the space where their soul comes through. Their talents as their soul shining. Gd doesn’t dwell in disunity. Being as one is the prerequisite for receiving blessings.

Containing. Where my soul was comforting my broken heart. Now my broken heart is comforting my soul. The light that comes after dark. The joy I get to experience after I’ve felt the pain of my reality, and held onto Gd.

Serve Gd with joy. The cage free feeling our souls are desperate for. Escaping. Utilizing flight mode.

The joy that comes through after the humbling. Can I contain my brokenness and not operate broken. Can I contain my soul. Can I choose to make my soul feel safe in this body. Cage free eggs. Can I do this for myself and for my fellow. Can I pity and pray instead of judge. Myself and my fellow. Can I commit to come home.

The sadness that comes after humbling. Breaking the sadness cycle. The lifelessness of sadness and the warmth of brokenness. Enter brokenness. About Gd. Use the other side against itself. Shatter. Redirect the energy. The expanded self. You’re doing the thing.

You don’t know what it’s like to be at war with yourself. Are you actually doing all the things. Concentrating. Intention. Squeezing yourself. Holding back from what society deems acceptable. Not filling your cravings for things that are technically allowed. Your none active deed is worse than his misdeed, you know better. There is no space for comparison or judgment. You don’t know.

More humbling. You don’t know how you’d act in their environment. You don’t know the passions of their heart. You don’t know the war they wage. Stay curious. Stay open. Exhaust your body and heart before you enter environments that bring out sides of you that are not aligned with Gd.

When you contemplate how low you are, you break your desire for brokenness. Darkness is not real. A little light goes a long way. The false sense that we’re whole or full in the moment of fulfilling desire. In truth, we are disconnecting from the fact that we are broken. But why am I fighting my brokenness. Get comfy.
