Take a few minutes to ‘Tap and Thrive’. By tapping we let our body know we are safe - in the moment.
Our bodies are either in ‘fight and flight’ OR ‘rest and repair’. Our bodies try to keep us safe, which comes up as anxiety. Which feels ironic when you and your immunity need to rest more than ever.
So give yourself just these few minutes to do just that.

This is a trimmed-down version of my other 'tapping' meditation post COP26. For when you have little time but need to find some calm, you can use this quickly.
We're not talking about what happened during COP26 - we're talking about the feelings around the finish of it.
When we acknowledge our feelings we can work through them. Yes, we can go for the 'bottle them up approach' but they're still there, niggling away at us. Let's acknowledge them and know our feelings are valid. In this full version, we explore many different emotions it may have brought up for you.

COP26 is finished. It's brought up many emotions for us. Here we explore those different emotions, Using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) 'tapping' we acknowledge and tap on some of those feelings.
We're not talking about what happened during COP26 - we're talking about the feelings around the finish of it.

COP26 in Glasgow is just around the corner and emotions are running high. This is created to bring you some calm - in this moment. With input from followers across social media. Some feelings that have been coming up for people are; frustration, underlying fear, outrage, forthcoming dread, and a knowing that this happened on our generations watch. It's good to acknowledge these feelings with tapping. People are also hopeful, excited and optimistic as it's a winnable fight. Take some time for yourself - as taking care of the world starts with taking care of yourself. The world needs you to be your best self. (I'll talk you thought the tapping points.)
This is for you in response to the IPCC Climate Report. Some feelings followers expressed are; guilt, urgency, sadness and despair. If you're feeling any of these, or other feelings then this is for you. With the powerful tools of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) commonly known as 'tapping' to help bring you some calm in this moment. 🌍 I'm not promising we'll solve the worlds problems, but "taking care of the world starts with taking care of yourself".
