Emma Gibbs-Ng is an industry renowned Transformational Coach who helps women learn how to believe in themselves again by breaking the habits of self doubt so they can build real confidence and live the life they were born to live!!
Before all this began she was just a girl who felt lost, trapped and totally broken. With a background that includes some serious trauma and abuse, she has had a few cards dealt to her that would be enough to make anyone call it quits BUT she didn’t! She’s experienced judgement, pain, anxiety, and total overwhelm!! Thought she was damaged, not good enough, undeserving of success and happiness and felt held back by fear, self doubt, and lack of belief in her abilities. For years she existed, going through the motions, playing small, trying to fit in and focusing on just getting by until she made a CHOICE! She chose to stop being a victim, she chose to stop wallowing and she chose to help herself…..
Over the years she has helped 1,000s of people to transform their lives by learning how to manage self doubt, break down negative daily habits & build real inner confidence so they can create & live the life that lights them up
She has worked with some of the leading Coaches in the UK, Online Entrepreneurs, Global Presidents, Global brands, and business owners. She is also a very proud host of the Life Beyond Limits Podcast that focuses on bringing Mindset to Life and creating success from the inside out through the power of interviews, sharing stories from people all over the world who have achieved greatness, overcome adversity and never given up.

Heather left behind a career in the marketing and design industry to retrain as an accredited Mindfulness-based Psychotherapist specialising in sleep.
Alongside her work at The London Sleep Centre, she maintains a small private practice, providing short and long-term psychotherapy with clients across the globe.
An important part of her work addresses the cyclical question; what comes first, poor sleep or poor mental health?
As well as an MA in Mindfulness-based psychotherapy from Middlesex University, she has completed further training, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is currently working towards a PGDip in Sleep Medicine at the University of Oxford.
