BOO!
Hello and welcome to our second annual spooooky Halloween themed episode of Tapes! Tapes! Tapes! Josh and Evan revisit 1995's not entirely spooky Casper, starring Christina Ricci, Bill Pullman, Eric Idle, and literally DOZENS of cameos from the fun-freaky-spooky catalog of pop culture. This friendly ghost will pull at your heart strings, make ya laugh, and also at one point transform into Devon Sawa (no spoileys!). What will Josh and Evan dress up for this year? What's Evans favorite candy? Does Josh know who Emilio Estevez is? Plug this content into your brain and find out!
BOOOOOOOOOOO!

Greetings Tapers!
What a magical journey Josh and Evan and countless hours of stop motion animation go on this week! Wallace and Gromit contains three short films (four if you count the recent one, which I *Evan*do NOT!!) from the juicy and wonderful mind of Nick Park; A Grand Day Out (1989), The Wrong Trousers (1993), and A Close Shave (1995). Do the hilarious antic of a bald British inventor and his lovable, faithful dog companion hold up in 2019? I mean... you know it does... but listen to the episode anyway!
Lovelovelove,

Hello Tapers!
Welcome to an ACTION-PACKED episode of Tapes! Tapes! Tapes! This week, the boys get lost in the 1972 classic Bruce Lee flick, Way of the Dragon (or Return of the Dragon, as it was released here in the states). Widely regarded as one of the forefathers of modern-day Mixed Martial Arts, Bruce Lee stretches his comedic and acting ability with this film, which is also Tape-Daddy Evan's first Bruce Lee movie! What a doozykins mcmillicans!

Hello Casette Cadets!
Welcome to our episode on 1998's Small Soldiers!! Yeesssss, for the kiddos who grew way too old and edgy for Toy Story, Dreamworks and Universal brought you a tale of Soldiers, Aliens, a boy, a girl, some military-grade microchips, and a surprisingly good set of performances from stand-up comedians. Does this movie deserve to be shipped out, or recalled? Tooooooy humorrrrrr!!! Oh, and listen and find out.
We love ya,
Tape-Daddies
Helloooooo Tapers!!
Kickin' in back to 1991's Hook! Starring Robin Williams, and directed/produced/slumdog millionaire'd by Steven Spielberg, this classic retelling of the Peter Pan narrative captivated a generation of children and yet also somehow tanked at the box office and had terrible critical reception! Do the boys find out why? Is Josh okay still be the end of the episode? Why is Evan so handsome? Find out on Tapes! Tapes! Tapes!

Hello Tapers!
We're here this week with the 1998 classic buddy cop flick, Rush Hour! This film marked one of the first big Hollywood breakout films for the legendary Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker, leading both men out of their comfort zones with western humor and martial arts respectively. How does it hold up in 2019? What's the connection with this movie and Rotten Tomatoes? What the heck is broccolini?? Find out in this episode of Tapes! Tapes! Tapes!
Cheers,
Tape-Daddies
Hi Little'uns!
Welcome to another week of hashtagextremenostalgia.jpeg! 1996's Matilda, directed by Danny Devito, and based on the Roald Dahl book of the same name, has tickled the bellies of generations of movie-goers. Does it still work in 2019? What did Josh eat in this episode? Will TJ and Rush get mad at the boys for asking "What's the situation"? All this and more, on DRAGON BALL Z!!!!
Loveheartsquish,

Hi Richies and Poorbies!
Takin' it back to pre-Toy Story (What, you don't measure your years by Pixar Movies?) with this Macaulay Culkin classic, Richie Rich! Based on the old Harvey Comics, this was a kid classic that really makes you appreciate rich people! Producer note, the audio on Josh's side is a little uneven, but until we get that sweet sweet Audible/Allbirds/Stamps dot com money, we use what we got! Enjoyyyyy!

Hey friends and listener!
Welome to the Men In Blaaaack! (Men in blaaaack), help you to remem-berr-herrr!! We got another Willy Smith joint on the cast from 1997, with Tommy Lee Jones, Vincent D'Onofrio, and countless other amazing cameos and childhood wonder. Does this star-studded-sci-fi-seance stand the test of time, or does it belong in the bargain bin? I think you probably know the answer to that, but it's more fun listen to us about it! Right? ...right?
Love and Space,
Tape-Daddies
P.S. Right?
Hey kids!
Boy howdy, do the Tape-Daddies go down the double-nostalgia hole with 1995's The Brady Bunch Movie! At once a faithful recreation of the 70s classic TV show "The Brady Bunch" and an encapsulation of the grungey dungey 90s, will this film flop or flip? You decide! Well, we already decided, but you can like, check your opinion against ours and either feel ecstasy or deep dark depression. You choose during this episode of Tapes! Tapes! Tapes!
