Today's topics were follow-up on the EBT "Glitch" story from this past weekend and who is on the hook for paying for all of the food that was "bought" during the glitch. And then we talked about what may be the dumbest story in some time, the story of how the government shutdown has affected the White House Kitchen Garden.

Talked about the phony controversy of the "Redskin" name. Then we discussed the EBT glitches over the weekend. After that we touched on the clash between riot police and American military veterans Sunday October 13th 2013.

Furloughed federal workers could get paid twice for not going to work. Moody's calls out Obama's "We're Going to Default" lie. A new provision in Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code may have the IRS issuing fines to hospitals for providing free services to uninsured poor Americans. Healthcare.gov, the federal Obamacare website, cost taxpayers more than $634 million and is still months away from being glitch free.

Why is the National Park Service being used like a paramilitary group to bully and threaten citizens? The Obama administration is having a temper tantrum and the media is afraid to confront them on it.

As the finger pointing and posturing continues in D.C. we will talk about what they are calling a government shut down. The fight over ObamaCare and the upcoming Debt Ceiling has elected officials and federal employees saying that the world is coming to an end while the White House has to work hard and spend a ton of extra money to convince folks outside of the beltway that their life has been affected at all by the shut down.
