In my academic and entrepreneurial journey, if we don't plan our logistics processes carefully, we face unexpected delays in our deliveries (Zero Conditional). Therefore, responsibility and self-direction are key.
Looking to the future, if I finish my technologist degree successfully, I will expand my handmade accessories business and optimize its distribution network (First Conditional). I believe that adaptability is essential to overcome market challenges.
Finally, regarding leadership, if I had a larger warehouse team today, I would implement automated inventory tracking to improve our operational efficiency (Second Conditional). As a professional leader, I always look for practical solutions to improve our workflow.

Now, I would like to share my personal perspective regarding my attitudes, beliefs, and obligations in my academic and work environment.
First, regarding my studies in logistics, I believe that discipline and perseverance are fundamental to achieving our goals. As an apprentice, I must complete all learning activities on time, and I have to manage my daily schedule carefully to balance my family responsibilities, my entrepreneurship of handmade accessories, and my SENA duties.
Second, in my workplace and my entrepreneurial project, I should always maintain a positive attitude toward customers, ensuring high quality and honesty in every delivery. I believe that teamwork and empathy are essential values to grow professionally.
Finally, I strongly believe that learning is a continuous process. Therefore, we must be open to change and constantly improve our skills to face new challenges in the logistics sector. Thank you very much for listening, and have a great day!"
