(19:46) The Senate Education Committee heard HB 3 (school finance reform) last week. The Senate's bill differs in several ways, including the basic allotment increase, staff and teacher pay raises, and tax compression. We also chat about HB 281, a bill that would silence the voice of school board members and other education advocates across the state.
