Tasha and Eric join Herb to discuss Sargent's 2021 Strategic Plan with some context to 2018's Strategic Plan, and Safety Director Cam Haggar comes in to update us on the Vaccine Mandate's first deadline -- January 10th -- when we have to report everyone's COVID vaccination status and proof thereof.  YOU SHOULD KNOW there are still legal challenges to the mandate and its eventual full implementation by February 10th.
