tournament and how we plan to watch it. We discuss how hopefully this

year Peacock actually has all the Judo events as advertised. We then

discussed preparing for a Judo competition. What you should be doing to

get ready for an upcoming tournament. Whether it's a small local one or

one of the larger National tournaments. How if you plan to compete then

you have to train to compete. And not be upset with a poor performance

if you do not train properly for the competition.
