On Halloween 2011, Taylor Van Diest was walking to meet her friends for what was to be their last year Trick r' Treating. While walking her normal path she would meet someone who had different plans for her evening.

Dressed in a zombie costume Taylor was violently attacked and found facedown by friends and family.
