As one of the most notable faces in the Team Division at the CrossFit Games, Taylor Williamson has stacked up 7 appearances since 2016.

With two 1st places, a 2nd and a 3rd, she has achieved things that not many others can say they have... and she did it all whilst juggling work and school also.

We chat about all these experiences, how she manages the balance, her plans for next year and whether or not she'd ever do a season as an individual.
