As we heard from our daily news segment earlier in our show, the South Korean government has ordered Chung Yoo-ra - the daughter of Choi Soon-sil - to turn in her passport following her arrest in Denmark over the weekend, as part of efforts to pressure her to return home and face an investigation. Chung had remained out of view throughout the scandal, but she has become a lightning rod for public anger and, more recently, a target for investigation by prosecutors. To talk about more, we’re very pleased to have with us our good friend from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, law professor Hwang Joung-Wook.
