Richard Ramirez, otherwise known as the Night Stalker, was one of the most terriflying and prolific serial killers in California history, which is really surprising as he was also a total idiot, with no plan, no motive, no anything but rage and hatred, and a horrible, messed up brain (thanks to his traumatic childhood).
