In this podcast Dr. Norma Cuellar, Editor in Chief of the Journal of Transcultural Nursing interviews Dr. Anahid Kulwicki, author of “Intimate Partner Violence, Depression, and Barriers to Service Utilization in Arab American Women” published in the January 2015 issue. The article describes her research study focusing on IPV in Arab American Women in the United States. Dr. Kulwicki is the Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing. Her scholarship has focused on the health of Arab-Americans, with a particular focus on women and adolescents.
