Every time I've dropped something or let it go, there's sometimes been all sorts of emotions that go with it, maybe sadness, anger, frustration, but after that space opens up and for me then I try and fill it up with repetition again. When I keep that system of let things go, because that's the way of life is letting things go, we have to let ourselves go in the end as well. So I think the buddha had one of it is his precepts, nothing is permanent.
