Personal Development consists of activities that develop a person' capabilities and potential, build human capital, facilitate employability and enhance quality of life and the realizations of dreams and aspirations. It was developed as a selling strategy in the early part of last century to cut a profit.

All of that positive thinking, manifesting & cosmic conscious mumbo jumbo was developed to make a profit which now rakes in 60billion annually. The main point of these profit hunting founding fathers was that it couldn’t be measured so that they couldn’t be held accountable if something went wrong.

It was all the universal plan 😂😂 it’s how the business of personal development was born. As a business....nothing wrong with that unless you measure your expenditure to income after doing all those courses. I did & it farked me off so it’s podcast time...

Today's podcast is on coaching sessions I've done for a while now and what things I've noticed to help a person through coaching.

You gotta put some elbow grease to make things happen.

MLM companies, easy riches is like giving people candy to keep the sugar rush going.

Anything worthwhile takes time and even tho I could have made a sh-t load more month telling peopoe what they wanted to hear but its not truthful & like sugar will rot you’re teeth & spike you’re insulin levels too high. Meaning it’s not good for you long term.

Action is the art of manifesting in the real world. Unless you move on an idea & communicate it by bribing others on board who can help move that idea into something tangible then manifesting us just a buzz word that people use to try and make something happen by doing nothing or just thinking about something happening.

To take it from a snake oil idea to a real one takes work, energy & effort just to start.

If you think of anything made in the world you will see people going about having it happen by moving themselves into action.

Thought/idea + movement of body & conversations in action = Manifesting
