This is a talk I gave at a zen class this week. I used cell phones as a way of sharing how we can go from a concentrated knowingness of being to an open boundless presence. Also talked about why we don't dive into our truth. 

This podcast explores the illusions of what its really like to live as awakened. Do emotions still affect us?  Are we supposed to be more mellow and feel peace and love all the time?

In this podcast I got into seeing all appearances as THAT. As the presence they are.. DO we really have to worry? DO we really have to be something, get somewhere?

Let's look at stories.. do they really do anything for us. Our stories we build up, our plays in our heads, what purpose do they serve... are they real.
