talk I gave at Howard Community College phil 101 class. 

This is a hot subject. To realize there is no freewill,  leads to looking directly at realizing there is no YOU. 

This is a very quick and strong hitting talk about how to really fall into and see presence. I recorded it while doing a drive , hope the noise is not too much. 

Its the gap we often miss, we can easily find peace sitting in a room but how to find it during the day..??  

This is a look back at what a holiday is, was and how to find peace in the holiday. Its a deep look at how our minds desire more and more. 

I recently had someone I know end their life. I made this for anyone who is in a state of depression. Our young kids today need this I sense. 

I recently spoke at the zen class at Ho Comm College. This talk goes into death, and living beyond death. I also use native American FLutes to explore emotions. 

This was from a talk / Flute journey I presented at a philosophy class at Ho Co College. There were about 39 students. Most seemed to be listening , a few slept. I  used a story of three individuals along with a native flute journey to bring awareness to the students. I hope you enjoy it also.
