how much having a support system is (friends and family yes, but sometimes you simple need therapy, even on the good days, therapy keeps you thriving)
therapy is not magic, it's literally no different than going to visit the doctor, it truly does help you feel better, sometimes it's immediate, sometimes it hurts but physical pain is no more important than the pain we cannot see
