This week, Dave Wescott is remote getting over a sickness while Scott Calentine is in studio. We had the great experience of interviewing Stand and Alicia Moulton of The Honey Company. Stan and Alicia are beekeepers based in Utah. Stan's family has 4 generations of beekeeping experience and they have ran The Honey Company together since the 1990's. They have a special project known as the Feral Bee Project, where they use wild honey bee's to breed with their own honey bee's to increase resistance to varroa mite and other sicknesses.
