If you want to stop being a victim, you must understand the mindset of a bully.  I threw myself at this as hard as I could, even doing some acting in this episode.  This is everything I've learned about the bully mindset - motivations, creation, tactics and vulnerabilities.  This is required listening for anyone dealing with bullying, which is just about everyone in some capacity.  If it's not you, it could be your child or friend.  This may be a very difficult episode to get through, but study it.  This is important information and I'm asking you to share this episode and podcast with people you care about.
