You hate masks. I hate masks. I don't know one person that likes wearing a mask. I have been asked this question so many times this year, so here is my answer. Don't worry, there is no politics on the podcast. This episode is a bit of a bummer, but there is an underlying reason people don't want to comply with rules in general. Welcome to the mask episode. If you have a comment or would like to submit a question email me at [email protected].
Alexis Hartnell and Taylor Hites help me answer the question "What is it like being a new teacher?" Being a new teacher is a ridiculously stressful job, and with the added stress of a pandemic all teachers need some good advice. These two amazing young teachers have it together and share their fresh ideas with us. Enjoy and thanks for listening and remember...Share it with a friend.

I sit down with two amazing teachers and pick their brains about what it's like being in the last year of their career. Sue Lake and Mark Still reflect on a combined 70 years of teaching in an interview that will leave you proud of teachers.
How would you handle this COVID schedule if you were in our shoes? Students want to know how I would handle a COVID hybrid learning model if I were in their shoes. In this episode I outline a plan for success for students that's easy to follow and simple to understand.
This one is my new favorite. Deputy John Howe sits down with me and discusses the mindset of a police officer. Absolutely everyone should hear this so please share this with friends and get John's message out to those you know. I'm asking all of you listening to this to tell a friend about it. I have so much respect for John and his story - PLEASE SHARE IT. We all need to sit down and talk to each other more than we do. As always thanks for your support and for listening.
Sleeping in class is an issue that may be more than just staying up late. Are you addicted to sugar? Several years ago I did the "real food" diet and experienced what life is like not being addicted to sugar for 30 days. I'm convinced that if you are eating normal -pizza, fast food, cereal, stuff out of a bag, white bread, you are addicted to sugar.
