What do you think we have to do to really find what we want?

We have to ask ourselves first. But just asking “What do I want?” might not let you find the true answer. Because our days are busy and our brain and mind are accustomed to have obstacles all the time, we have to add a condition to that question.

The book “The Butterfly who Flew in the Rain” by Ori Gutin has a hopeful story for children and adults. Just reading this book together with your little one can give you a chance to be mindful and thoughtful, but to make this quality time more fun and easy, I made a guided mindful moment.

You can hear the story of the book as I re-tell it in my words and finish the time with my guided mindful moment. 

I highly recommend this mindful moment if you are in a low time. Great for adults and children both!💛

I’m here with another springtime mindful moment. 

This week, we are following a bee. A busy bee in a spring day!

The bee finds the early spring tree, Camellia, when the weather finally gets warm. She gets nectar and pollen from the Camellia tree leaves and flies to the next flower plant. Follow the busy bee over a rainbow of flowers and find the peace and focus that you need for the day.🐝💛

In this episode 46, you can just relax and have a mindful moment with me.

I’m giving a guided mindful moment - composed of two parts, Seeds and Flowers🙂 I specifically chose happiness as the main focus in this one but you can make a change for your own needs. 

It’s a great mindful activity to do in the morning. So find yourself a quiet space for 5min and play this.

I also give the children version. If you love this mindful moment, try the children version with your little one, too!

I found a book that satisfied my craving for fruits.

Haha, I think it’s a spring fever. I wanted to talk about fruits or vegetables!🍎🥒

We are using the book “A Fruit is a Suitcase for Seeds” by Jean Richards and Anca Hariton for this week’s talk. 

As you can guess from the title, it tells us about how fruits carry seeds in them, why they do it and how that happens. 

But the more important thing comes in the next part - from Teacher Gela😉. I want to use this story of seeds for teaching about growth mindset.

Do you have a bedtime routine?

The book “Goodnight Veggies” by Diana Murray is a children book. But in today’s lesson, we use it for our bedtime. You can definitely do this play with your child, too!

Trust me. You will be in a more relaxing place in the bedtime.
